Report a Claim

Please get the following information and have it available when you make the call (not all apply all the time):

• Your Policy Number
• Policy Report or Report Number (if provided)
• Contact Information of Witnesses
• Address or location of the accident
• Insurance Information for the other party
• Home inventory (if home loss)
• Photos or video if you have it

Please do your best to control the costs associated with your insurance claim. Do not put yourself in harm’s way, however, only do so if it does not put you in any danger.

The types of things that can be extremely helpful are as follows:

• Move your vehicle from any storage if it can be done safely.
• If it’s a property loss and there are minor repairs you can do to protect against further damage, please do so. Keep your receipts for reimbursement.

Your claims adjuster is here to help, they will assist you through the entire claims process. You will need to make yourself available during their investigation so that your interests are represented properly and they can properly determine how payment is to be made. Working well with your adjuster will also assist you in getting covered losses handled more efficiently.
