INFORMATION YOU WILL NEED
Please get the following information and have it available when you make the call (not all apply all the time):
- Policy Report
- Contact Information of Witnesses
- Loss address or location
- Insurance Information of the other party
- Home inventory (if home loss)
- Photos or video if you have it
MITIGATE YOUR DAMAGES
Please do your best to control the costs associated with your claim. Do not put yourself in harms way, however, only do so if doing it does not put you in any danger.
The types of things that can be extremely helpful are as follows:
- Move your vehicle from any storage if it can be done safely.
- If you have a home loss and there are minor repairs you can do to protect against more
damage, please take care of this. Keep your receipts for reimbursement.

Your claims adjuster is here to help, they will assist you through the entire claims process. You need to make yourself available during their investigation so that your interests are represented properly and that they can properly determine how payment is to be made. Working well with your adjuster will also assist you in getting covered losses handled more efficiently.
